Each of us will go through many little deaths and REBIRTHS in our life, unknown to others and known only to ourselves. Many unannounced, private moments when we know we have come through something, faced an inner dragon, stared down a fear, completed a soul task or crossed a growth edge, FREEING ourselves a little bit more and giving birth to a little bit more of ourselves and our own true nature.
There’s often a sense of PEACE after these inner birthings, like the calm after a storm, a bright morning after a dark night, a sense of being in a new landscape with new horizons, where more is possible for us now because we have grown ourselves, quietly and privately. We are happier and more confident now to FOLLOW our own drumbeat.

We must rise above the eyes of the mouse at this time and see from the view of the eagle. The big picture, the detachment and fear from running into walls and obstacles. Rise above the clouds where the sun is shining.

It felt like all the inner work over the last few years was lost. But I came to the realization that all was not lost after all because I have been practicing the tools to pull out of it and recovery time is becoming quicker. So do not give up if you are still dealing with the emotional reflexes still involved with that life. Each time will get easier. Each recovery will strengthen you. Keep on keeping on. We must keep on swimming. Know you are not alone in this also. Reach out.

I do believe we need to do the work to release the layers of that which does not serve the highest road. Our missteps, actions of low vibration and the why's are to be addressed and healed.. It is vital we take responsibility for our part, atone and move forward, always reaching for a more benevolent path This opens us to a clearer alignment, or connection to The Light. We become more opened and sensitive to the whispers of God.
It is an ongoing cleansing, but practicing with our spiritual tools above, we make shorter work of it each time we go.

Noticing Synchronicity

SYNCHRONICITY is the entry point, the measure of whether we’re connected spiritually.

I have known for quite some time that I am here as a Wise Woman. I say this with what is referred to as proper ego or consciousness. That which we are born with, which knows our highest purpose. Wise Women know and nourish The Divine Light we all carry. Wise women are usually the Matriarchs within a family or community. They are also the medicine women that carry the wisdom based on experience and an inner knowingness. We are the oracles of Truth and how we relate to every living thing.
We understand the use of energy as a Life force, a means to connect to the all that is and to create and maintain a sacred space. We are sensitive to the ills of the world because we genuinely feel them deep into our core. We have learned how to use these empathic skills as a gift, not a burden, a way to hold the Light when others are lost in the darkness.
We have taught ourselves how to use the energies of connection and grounding for a purer alignment to goodness and grace and wish to walk beside you as you find yours.
Wise women and wise men are aware of the Divine inner Light and the healing that must be done to remove the layers to reach this Light within and be the conduit to spread all it's radiance out to touch others.
We are always a work in progress for we know to heal ourselves is to heal our ancestors and to heal our grandchildren. The healing is on going. We are the vessels for healing generations so we may all move closer to a more benevolent realm.
Wise women are generally pacifists, yet we must stand with a fist from time to time in righteousness and crossed boundaries. A feat I personally am still working on.
We are all born with a special medicine to share with others. It is your mission to find that Gift within, heal yourself with it first and then share it with your community.

If there is any one suggestion I would give to those still feeling suffocated or have lost your power within an unhealthy relationship is to start with tending to yourself. Nourish your whole self. Your body, your spirit and your mind. This isn't easy when anxiety is filling your day. When your brain won't shut down and in chaos, when you are sleep deprived. When the appetite has been suppressed and when our soul feels fractured by the mean spirited air.

So here's where we start to awaken the forgotten power hidden within ourselves.
 Our breathing, our life force.
 If we don't breathe we do not live. If we do not breath properly we do not not live to the fullest. Healing breath work calms us, brings oxygen into our blood and thus clears our thinking. It encompasses healing to the body, the mind and the spirit.
We tend to hold our breath as we brace ourselves for what I call The Incoming. Learning to breathe for calming and clearing the mind is the first tool towards empowering ourselves. As this becomes second nature we can utilize our breathing to heal even further. But let's start with the foundation of mindful breathing.

Practice this now for three full slow breaths.
Take a long, slow breath in through your nose, first filling your lower lungs, then your upper lungs.
Hold your breath to the count of "three."
Exhale slowly through pursed lips, while you relax the muscles in your face, jaw, shoulders, and stomach.

Then throughout the day. The beauty of this is you can use this powerful primary tool anywhere anytime.
When you start getting anxious as you know the 'incoming' is approaching breathe through it. As you master this start visualizing the inhale filling you heart area with Love as the exhale release any thing that does not serve your highest good.

It can be so helpful to express our unsaid words, anger and grief to those who have hurt us. There is no good reason to carry someone else's baggage up the mountain. It weighs us down on a journey that is already challenging enough. Better to shed it so that we can move into life with greater freedom. At the same time, we have to be sure not to make our healing dependent on how others receive our expression. Many of those we share with will be too unconscious, stubborn or defensive to take in our experience, even if we express it in the gentlest of ways. It may be too shocking to their ways of organizing reality. It may be too painful to face. Not everyone is ready or able to do the deep work that self-reflection demands. This is not to say that we hold back- we must express our truth one way or the other- but it is to say that we are best served by sharing it without expectation. I take my role of the family Matriarch as an essential part of my spirit. Where wisdom, patience and strength are the back bone of all families and communities. It is my purpose to be the most effective Matriarch I can be.
This does not mean I do not falter. It also does not mean I hover, in fact I believe all children need to find their own wings, fall and take responsibility for their world. But my heart is always with them.

     My spiritual life is my highest priority.  I have been a seeker of the Truth for many decades studying the various ideas of God, Great spirit, Inner Light and on and on.  The one constant through out all these titles is the ‘Loving Embrace’ I feel while sitting, meditating, being in Nature. The healing that happens when I walk through the woods, the high I get when inhaling the aroma of the dirt, or treading barefoot in the wild. I do not label it as Wicca, or New Age or Christian or New Thought nor any other label, for it limits my world too much. However; I bring all these spiritual practices in together into a huge ball of energy which I call Wise Woman Energies.
      My world includes the Earth, The Cosmos, The Heavens, The spirit guides, plant life, the animals, and all living forces. I read in an astronomy journal that there is an influx of photons or light particles and a surge in seismic activity and it excites and stirs me. Is it not all in Divine order, all connected?
     I relate to many Native American teachings and ideas, such as smudging, blessing & a respect for Mother Earth. Dancing around the sacred Fire as most tribes do always brings me Joy.  There is still a primal urge within me, nomadic roots.  Though that may sound like an oxymoron.
Many times I ponder if we could go back to our original blueprint and start over where would it take us.
     The Earth has a power grid all her own and we can follow these ley lines of energy to find Sacred Spaces created by these high frequency vortexes. This same Supreme energy is found through out the Universe as within our bodies and around our bodies.  Like heat waves of golden Light that touches everything, everyone, every where.  Always has been, always will be for energy never ends, only transforms, transmutes. Our responsibility, our mission is in keeping our energy field aligned to radiate more Light, these photons, for it is of the highest vibration, healing all discordance's and emitting the Joy.

 Everything is energy and energy never ends, only transmutes. This enlivens me for it means we are able to change and charge the energy within us and around us. We do not have to accept the lower frequencies that we might have stepped in. Yet we MUST nourish and cleanse it for optimum well being, holistically ~ body, mind, spirit. Our thoughts, our emotions, our physical health all play an important part to this mission of sustaining a Higher Road.

My daily ritual involves first cleansing and realigning my personal energy field.  A 5 -10 minute ritual, re-aligns the Energy Field, clears the lymphs, opens up the meridians to feed the body, spirit and brain.
Next is the 5 Tibetan Rites which opens all my chakras, energy vortexes, then flowing into a mini yoga release. Now that my energy field, and meridians are in alignment and open to receive Divine Grace from within and without, and clarify the messages from my higher self. I have set te foundationto go into prayer. To address the God Light around to connect with the God Light within.

Breath work is vital to connect to the Supreme life force. Inhaling to connect the Center of the Universe and exhaling to channel the Light down through me and into Mother Earth for healing Light to her, and grounding me. And then I relax centered in my heart the melding of both.

The political energies of these past months will subside soon. No matter what let's take some slow breaths and remind ourselves we are still moving forward.

We are in the midst of a feeding frenzy. Those that have been feeding off the blood of others are dying. Frantically going into a feeding frenzy they grasp for their last taste of blood in hopes to survive. The instinct to survive at all costs. Even convincing others that it is the so called 'misfits' the minorities to blame, instead of looking to themselves and rising up to the teachings of great masters including Buddha and Jesus.
Like any dying species it is only a matter of time. We are witnessing the influx of Light exposing the hidden low draining forces and there is panic.
Have Faith that all is unfolding to a higher consciousness it just can not happen overnight.
It is imperative we remain on the highest path we can, be patient with those who still believe other individuals are the ones who need changed rather than themselves and that this nation, needs to be governed in such a judgmental way.
Keep the dignity of what is righteous and hold true to the ways of Grace.
Keep working on yourself, inner healing is where it all begins- go within. Find your heart. We all are still stumbling to find our way.
Hold on to each other and make for a more radiant Light. The good news is we are moving forward in spite of what appears on the surface. Try to see it from an eagles view.

We become wise through experience.  It is why it is vital we acknowledge all our emotions.  To deny them is to only push them into  dark corner within  creating inner chaos, turmoil and deep pain. 
Beginning 2012 my life had been a day to day if not minute to minute effort to even want to survive. Losing everything literally knocked me on my ass. Of all the things that happened watching my hopes and dreams defiled was the hardest.  The intangible things.
I learned what my parents referred to as a nervous breakdown is really an emotional breakdown. Desperately trying to tread water and awkwardly reaching out to those involved for some help in healing and closure. I was considered insane and indeed they were right. I was insanely looking for my sanity. Some life preserver to try and sort out what just happened.
It took months of exile, crying in the wilderness where no one could hear except the trees and creatures of the wilderness. The tears were loud sobs, pleas for help and guidance from God, my guardians, my ancestors. Months of healing work in the mountains and on the back roads in my 1991 van..
Nine months later I thought the pain was released at last. I thought I was strong enough to head back to where it all happened. Alas, returning to civilization I was faced once again with those I could not stand up to and I floundered falling into the emotion of hate. I did not want to hate. True spiritual people do not hate!  I fought and fought the loathing I felt for those that took advantage of me when I was at my most vulnerable. Those that evicted me from my years of dreams, the dreams that kept me somewhat sane while living in a house with a mean spirited man. Piles of research and papers and files to fulfill my dream of a spiritual center was the catalyst for my hope. To see them disgraced and mocked was more than I could bare. Eventually the hate turned towards myself, hating myself for hating. It all became a tornado of unrecognizable colors and murkiness. The Light within was hidden and dim. I was lost in the abyss.

This is when a journal can be your teacher. Rereading the entries I saw all the flags and still did not stand up for my rights.  My spirit guides were giving messages over and over to abort the ventures, instead I became frustrated and not so happy or friendly. I was taught to be afraid of confrontations so I weakly stood back and watch years of visions being taken.  I went from one overwhelmingly toxic relationship only to fall into the midst of another.

Here's what I discovered. ~ it was my own doing.  I allowed this all to take place  with my own cowardly ways. My fear of confrontation. Now I look back on that emotional breakdown and realized it was The Dark Knight of the Soul. It was the Gift from above,  the brick my guides finally had to throw at me and say "snap out of it, you have languished in the path of no boundaries for too long. Accept your hate, accept your frailties and honor your vulnerabilities and above all honor your boundaries."
That sacred apple was eaten. I have since planted another tree with a healed and healthy foundation, I no longer hate. Doing the inner house work has exposed the Gift of the Light within.  I have become all the wiser for it all.
