Energy medicine is based on the supposition that illness results from disturbances in the body’s energies and energy fields and can be addressed via interventions into those energies and energy fields.
Your body is designed to heal itself.
Everything is energy.
We each have our own energy field within and around us. Imagine an engine sitting in the sun humming away. You are actually able to see the heat thermals the movement makes around the engine. Now think of your pumping heart creating it’s own thermal. An EKG can detect the vibration of our heart 3 feet from the body. If your kidneys are malfunctioning the energy field surrounding it is weak and unprotected. Opening you up for disease and degeneration.
Energy controls the nerves, organs and all the muscles and must flow freely for good health. So if our EF is blocked, stressed or out of alignment then we have lost our rhythm and every other part of us is affected. This 5 minute movement of energy will keep us balanced,strong and healthy. It will clean energetic baggage aligning our matrix for our emotional physical or spiritual well being to flow properly.
If you are presently experiencing any health issues then it means you are off kilter, weakened, and need to practice these movements a couple times a day to restore your system of health. Using these exercises daily will also help prevent any off base issues. So make this short and easy exercise part of your day everyday if not twice a day.

Shoulder crossover ~ brings poles into alignment along with mental clarity

Crown pull ~ pumps cerebrospine fluid and oxygenates the brain release stuck energy
Zip up ~protects you from negative energy
Hook Up ~ creates a connection of the the two major meridians, the Governing meridian and the Central meridian for a stronger EF.
