When we stop and think about it, being an empath is a powerful thing. if we have the ability to absorb and feel so much just think what we could offer to the world, this world. I think of that ocean cleaning gadget that is like a vortex that absorbs all the trash. That be us.
The world is going through a state of pandemonium as all living things are feeling a sense of impending doom. They are fighting to survive, a feeding frenzy of not letting go of the old ways even though they haven't worked.
Being an empath is not easy. It takes work and discipline to fine tune this superpower. When we first realize we are empathic we feel validated for all those years of emotional dis ease and pain. We realized, yes we were victims of narc, sociopaths and any other word that describes those who hurt us so deeply. But know once you go through that phase of feeling sad and pissed that you were a victim because of it, you can not live in that state for long. It is time to take care of yourself for you are needed.
So love of yourself dear Angels....you are on a mission. You will start out shielding yourself fully until you first heal yourself of all those emotions of others you have been carrying for years. Learn all you can for you have been given a rare benevolent gift.
